Here's a recipe to help you beat any sunburn or cold-induced drying. Its also excellent as an antiviral and can be eaten! What's the GOLDEN RULE FOR THE SKIN:

There are millions of blood vessels lying just 1 mm below the skin surface. The skin being a very sensitive organ and the largest organ in the body( bet you did not know this before) is the body's main line of defense to the outside environment. We need to nourish it, not kill it with toxic chemicals coming from petroleum based organics and having unknown other chemicals inside. Anything you put on your skin can be in your bloodstream in seconds.Make your choices on your own with full knowledge and not let some Hollywood scum influence you through deceptive marketing.

If you have light skin, my recipe is ideal. If you have tan or darker it will work just as well.

RECIPE
100 grams natural Aloe vera gel removed fresh from the leaf.
20 ml pure virgin olive oil / organic coconut oil (1:1 ratio)


Aloe vera with organic olive and coconut oils. Apples for your fiber intake.

Mix all the above in a blender or you can mash all the pulp of the aloe with the oils and apply to your skin directly. If you want, store in a container, preferably glass and use later. Can be kept refrigerated for a couple of days.Use only organic materials.

If you want to make more just double or triple the amount as needed. You can apply onto any part of your body including scalp.If you find the mix too runny or dry, just vary the amount of oil added.

When you smell a coconut, it probably makes you think of sun tanning and drinking pina coladas on the beach but do you know about the incredible health benefits of it’s oil? Yes, coconut oil consists of more than ninety percent of saturated fats with traces of few unsaturated fatty acids, such as monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids but don’t panic when you hear the words saturated fat when it comes to coconut oil. Continue reading and you’ll understand why.

There is widespread misconception that coconut oil is bad for you because it is said to raise blood cholesterol and cause heart disease. The only "proof" is one four-decades old study. The study used hydrogenated coconut oil. It is now known that the process of hydrogenation creates "trans fatty acids" (TFAs), which are toxic entities that enter cell membranes, block utilization of essential fatty acids (EFAs) and impede cell functionality. TFAs also cause a rise in blood cholesterol. These substances are not present in natural coconut oil.

Another reason people believe coconut oil must be bad for you is misguided association: it is a saturated fat and "saturated fats are bad for you." Dietary guidelines inevitably fail to distinguish between different kinds of saturated fats and insist that saturated fats (meaning all saturated fats) are harmful. This is not just misleading. It is bad science. Leading scientists now recognize that just as there is good cholesterol, there are also good saturated fats.

Fats are classified as short, medium or long-chain based on the number of carbon molecules they contain. Nearly two-thirds of the saturated fat in coconut oil consists of medium-chain fatty acids. When we eat long-chain fatty acids, they must be emulsified by bile salts in the small intestine before they can be absorbed into our body. Short and medium-chain fatty acids, such as those in coconut milk, are absorbed directly through the portal vein to the liver, where they are immediately available to the body. In other words, most of the saturated fat in coconut oil is easily digestible and converted into quick energy. And these types of fatty acids are less likely to cause obesity because they are immediately used by the body and have no opportunity to be stored.

Nearly 50% of the fatty acid in natural coconut oil is lauric acid, which converts to the fatty acid monolaurin in the body. Monolaurin has adverse effects on a variety of microorganisms including bacteria, yeast, fungi, and enveloped viruses. It [monolaurin] destroys the lipid membrane of such enveloped viruses as HIV, measles, Herpes simplex virus (HSV-1), influenza and cytomegalovirus (CMV). Lauric acid is a main component of human breast milk and helps protect children from illness during infancy.

Coconut oil is very useful in reducing weight. It is easy to digest and it helps in healthy functioning of the thyroid and enzymes systems. It increases the body metabolism by removing stress on pancreases, thereby burning out more energy and helping obese and overweight people reduce their weight.

Coconut oil helps in improving the digestive system and thus prevents various stomach and digestion related problems including irritable bowel syndrome. The saturated fats present in coconut oil have anti microbial properties and help in dealing with various bacteria, fungi, parasites, etc., that cause indigestion. ScienceDaily (May 16, 2011) — The planetary system around the red dwarf Gliese 581, one of the closest stars to the Sun in the galaxy, has been the subject of several studies aiming to detect the first potentially habitable exoplanet. Two candidates have already been discarded, but a third planet, Gliese 581d, can be considered the first confirmed exoplanet that could support Earth-like life. This is the conclusion of a team of scientists from the Institut Pierre Simon Laplace (CNRS, UPMC, ENS Paris, Ecole Polytechnique) in Paris, France, whose study is published in The Astrophysical Journal Letters.

Are there other planets inhabited like Earth, or at least habitable? The discovery of the first habitable planet has become a quest for many astrophysicists who look for rocky planets in the "habitable zone" around stars, the range of distances in which planets are neither too cold nor too hot for life to flourish.
In this quest, the red dwarf star Gliese 581 has already received a huge amount of attention. In 2007, scientists reported the detection of two planets orbiting not far from the inner and outer edge of its habitable zone. While the more distant planet, Gliese 581d, was initially judged to be too cold for life, the closer-in planet was thought to be potentially habitable by its discoverers. However, later analysis by atmospheric experts showed that if it had liquid oceans like Earth, they would rapidly evaporate in a 'runaway greenhouse' effect similar to that which gave Venus the hot, inhospitable climate it has today. A new possibility emerged late in 2010, when a team of observers led by Steven Vogt at the University of California, Santa Cruz, announced that they had discovered a new planet, which they dubbed Gliese 581g, or 'Zarmina's World'. This planet, they claimed, had a mass similar to that of Earth and was close to the centre of the habitable zone. For several months, the discovery of the first potential Earth twin outside the Solar System seemed to have been achieved. Unfortunately, later analysis by independent teams has raised serious doubts on this extremely difficult detection. Many now believe that Gliese 581g may not exist at all. Instead, it may simply be a result of noise in the ultra-fine measurements of stellar 'wobble' needed to detect exoplanets in this system.

Today, it is finally Gliese 581g's big brother -- the larger and more distant Gliese 581d -- which has been shown to be the confirmed potentially habitable exoplanet by Robin Wordsworth, François Forget and co-workers from Laboratoire de Météorologie Dynamique (CNRS, UPMC, ENS Paris, Ecole Polytechnique) at the Institute Pierre Simon Laplace in Paris. Although it is likely to be a rocky planet, it has a mass at least seven times that of Earth, and is estimated to be about twice its size. At first glance, Gliese 581d is a pretty poor candidate in the hunt for life: it receives less than a third of the stellar energy Earth does and may be tidally locked, with a permanent day and night side. After its discovery, it was generally believed that any atmosphere thick enough to keep the planet warm would become cold enough on the night side to freeze out entirely, ruining any prospects for a habitable climate.
To test whether this intuition was correct, Wordsworth and colleagues developed a new kind of computer model capable of accurately simulating possible exoplanet climates. The model simulates a planet's atmosphere and surface in three dimensions, rather like those used to study climate change on Earth. However, it is based on more fundamental physical principles, allowing the simulation of a much wider range of conditions than would otherwise be possible, including any atmospheric cocktail of gases, clouds and aerosols.
To their surprise, they found that with a dense carbon dioxide atmosphere -- a likely scenario on such a large planet -- the climate of Gliese 581d is not only stable against collapse, but warm enough to have oceans, clouds and rainfall. One of the key factors in their results was Rayleigh scattering, the phenomenon that makes the sky blue on Earth. In the Solar System, Rayleigh scattering limits the amount of sunlight a thick atmosphere can absorb, because a large portion of the scattered blue light is immediately reflected back to space. However, as the starlight from Gliese 581 is red, it is almost unaffected. This means that it can penetrate much deeper into the atmosphere, where it heats the planet effectively due to the greenhouse effect of the CO2 atmosphere, combined with that of the carbon dioxide ice clouds predicted to form at high altitudes. Furthermore, the 3D circulation simulations showed that the daylight heating was efficiently redistributed across the planet by the atmosphere, preventing atmospheric collapse on the night side or at the poles.
Scientists are particularly excited by the fact that at 20 light years from Earth, Gliese 581d is one of our closest galactic neighbours. For now, this is of limited use for budding interstellar colonists -- the furthest-travelled human-made spacecraft, Voyager 1, would still take over 300,000 years to arrive there. However, it does mean that in the future telescopes will be able to detect the planet's atmosphere directly. While Gliese 581d may be habitable there are other possibilities; it could have kept some atmospheric hydrogen, like Uranus and Neptune, or the fierce wind from its star during its infancy could even have torn its atmosphere away entirely. To distinguish between these different scenarios, Wordsworth and co-workers came up with several simple tests that observers will be able to perform in future with a sufficiently powerful telescope.
If Gliese 581d does turn out to be habitable, it would still be a pretty strange place to visit -- the denser air and thick clouds would keep the surface in a perpetual murky red twilight, and its large mass means that surface gravity would be around double that on Earth. But the diversity of planetary climates in the galaxy is likely to be far wider than the few examples we are used to from the Solar System. In the long run, the most important implication of these results may be the idea that life-supporting planets do not in fact need to be particularly like Earth at all.

The report says that Plutonium(Pu239) has been detected in soil near the plant. This can then become airborne by wind and rain action. You don't need a math degree to know that air particles with Pu can be blown all over the world!

Know that Pu has a half-life of 24,360 years.
All you need to cause cancer is to breathe in 1 atom of this and it will irradiate you to death. That's why its handled only by robotic arms and behind thick shielding.
The Condensed Chemical Dictionary lists Pu as :

"The most toxic of the elements and one of the most toxic substances known ; dangerous ionizing radiation persists indefinitely ; a powerful carcinogen. Must be handled by remote control and with proper shielding"

Number of atoms in Pu in 10 grams.

If we assume that 1 kg of soil was contaminated with Pu and that this amounted to about 10 grams of Pu, then we would have around 6 x 10 exp 23 atoms of Pu multiplied by 0.01kg and this amounts to the number of Pu atoms present, which is :

(mass in grams / molecular mass) = number of moles of Pu present.
This comes to 0.000041841. This multiplied by 6x10exp23(Avogadro constant) gives 2.51x10exp20 Pu atoms present.
This being a conservative estimate means that every single human being can be irradiated with the Pu provided only 10 grams was released, but by what factor? Divide this number by the world population of say 6 billion and you will have the answer!

This turns out to be roughly about 42 billion times!(41.841 billion times to be more precise).
This means that no thanks to Fukushima and the lying statistics and cover up by the Japanese government the world can be irradiated many times over i.e. billions of times. So if cancer strikes as its most certain to do then its a question of not IF but WHEN.

So that's how toxic Pu is. Get the picture? Protection is by making your immune system strong and iodine saturation may not work here. Strengthen your immune system by the use of Nigella sativa, called the blessed seed by Arabs and used even by the ancients for numerous cures.

"ALEDIA CENTENO RODRIGUEZ, Frente Patriotico Arecibeño, said her organization had spoken last year on the United States strategy to authorize a nuclear weapons production facility in Puerto Rico, in violation of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. She explained that Arecibo was home to the Arecibo National Astronomy and Ionospheric Centre (NAIC), which was used as an “ionospheric heater” [an array of antennae which are used for heating the uppermost part of the atmosphere]. Arecibo was also mentioned as a test-site for the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (HAARP), in a patent filed by an individual in the United States, to conducted experiments related to ionospheric manipulation. HAARP could function as an anti-missile and anti-aircraft defence system, permit interception and disruption of communications, weather and submarine and subterranean communications, among other things. The HAARP patent papers also stated that the invention could “simulate and perform the same function as performed by the detonation of a heavy type nuclear device”.

Radioactive Iodine 131 detected in Sea off Japan. Danger of cancer and birth defects. Bad housekeeping!

As of this morning, 22nd March at 1100 hours , Tokyo time, Japan's Fukushima Disaster spokesman H Nishiyama has said on NHK world TV that radionuclides of Iodine, Caesium and Cobalt have been detected in the sea off Japan. Some levels are about 150 times above normal. According to him they have done only 1 reading on the seawater!

Its like the proverbial ostrich putting its head into a hole and not wanting to know the extent to which its life is in danger.

As I have pointed out in my book The Fear Pandemic, in Chapter 7, which is available on my blog, the presence of Iodine 131, a very dangerous radioactive element has resulted in wholesale cancer and mutilations in the US so much so that the US public sued the US government to the amount of US$1.38 billion in the 70's and 80's over the damage caused by its Atomic Tests. These tests were done in the states of Nevada and New Mexico in the 1950's and ended in the 1960's.

Most people affected by these tests were downwind of the nuclear blast, even thousands of km away in places as far away as Illinois and further.

The Japanese government should be more open and conduct more tests otherwise you will only have yourself to blame when the stranger says your house is dirty!

Dec 6 2009: Wujec's presentation is very stimulating and refreshing. I wish he stopped at attributing its invention to the Greeks. His jump from the Greeks to Chaucer makes it sound as if no development on the invention or its use had taken place until Chaucer's writing. In fact historians cannot confirm the Treatise on Astrolabe to Chaucer. We know though Chaucer was influenced by Italian and French literature. The Italians translated most of the Islamic civilization's elaborations on Greek texts and inventions in science, Medicine and philosophy. Muslims made significant contribution to this instrument and used it in astrology and to determine prayer times. It was first introduced in Islamic civilization through the translation of the Greek text before the 10th Century AD. The GOOD Club of Bill Gates and their Depopulation agenda to vaccinate Africa!

The GOOD Club of Bill Gates has donated US1 Billion to

vaccinate Africa! Why?

In Nigeria, the government through local councils has deferred the use of vaccines because of complaints received by states that the tetanus toxoid doses were compromised with human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) which is an anti fertility regulator hormone. It was found in Nigeria as well as in Brazil, Mexico,Thailand and the Philippines that these vaccines were tainted purposefully with hCG. [1,2]

They may have been introduced into Indonesia and SE Asia under the guise of bird flu injections.Many cases of aborted fetuses and still births as well as miscarriages in early pregnancy stages were reported as a result of the use of these vaccines. All were administered from suppliers overseen by WHO trusted drug companies which supplied these doses.

One particular incident stands out especially sorely. Native people of the Akha tribe[1] that live on the Thailand/Laos border were subjected to this type of genocide! The women were given tetanus injections after being told that if they refused their children born would not be given Thai birth certificates! So this would cause them to lose out on Thai citizenship and create a whole host of other social problems such as medical,welfare and education for their children when growing up.

Many reluctantly agreed and as a result many suffered from miscarriages and still births after receiving the injections. There is one documented interview with an Akha woman whose 8^th month baby was still born soon after receiving the jab. She said that before the jab, she could feel the baby in her alive and kicking as it developed normally. After the jab it moved less, stopped moving altogether and subsequently was delivered still born soon after.

Those tribe members who hid themselves and refused the jabs were better off as they were saved from these conditions. Please see the many Youtube and Google videos available on the internet about the Akha people.

Similar incidences were reported in the Philippines newspapers about Filipino women receiving these jabs and miscarrying soon after[3,4]. The stories were soon killed in the papers because of vested interests being compromised. Some politicians were probably making huge sums selling these vaccines to their local health ministries.

Anyway this brave lady, sister Mary Pilar Verzosa, a nun, documented the circumstances of the victims and warned others as well as the catholic church which then took a stronger stand on this issue. Her interview is recorded in the BBC documentary listed wherein she speaks of the tremendous damage caused by these vaccines as they were given to local women under the guise of tetanus injections, many of whom have become sterile and have miscarried continuously.[3,6]

In the abstract of his paper, Dr. GP Talwar goes on to say that in order to be an effective depopulation agent, there have to be several injections over a period of a few months[5]. This fits exactly with what the Akha people of Thailand experienced as well as the Filipinos. Here is the abstract:

“We report here the use of an alternative carrier diphtheria toxoid (DT) in human subjects to overcome antigen-specific unresponsiveness upon immunization with a hapten/ligand-carrier conjugate. In the phase I clinical trial of a birth control vaccine using gonadotrophin subunits linked to tetanus toxoid, some of the subjects failed to evoke a booster antibody response to human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG). Presentation of the ligand on DT instead in subsequent immunizations restored anti-hCG response”[5].

It has been documented that rats given the same treatment were unable to conceive for many months after a single dose of tetanus toxoid laced with hCG was given.

The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Hormone(hCG)

This hormone is produced by the initial onset of pregnancy in women. It is secreted by cells of the developing embryo and this hormone affects the uterine lining making it more engorged with blood, thickening it so that the fertilized ovum as it travels down the fallopian tube can be implanted successfully and grow to term in the thickened uterine lining.

The beta subunit of hCG.

It has been found after many years of research conducted by WHO that this sub unit of the hCG can be made to work against the human body. What has been done is to cause the human body to produce antibodies to this hormone.

This is only possible when it is linked with the tetanus moiety so that implantation of the fertilized egg is stopped or the fetus is identified as a foreign object by the mother and spontaneous abortion results. The hCG on its own will not cause antibodies to it as it is a perfectly natural product.

The other chemical in the dose is thimerosal which is itself a poison and a population control agent. The effects of thimerosal on the human body are:

Mental retardation leading to autism.
Developmental toxicity - as the fetus develops various conditions may arise leading to more stress on the mother as well.
Intrauterine complications leading to death of the fetus in utero.
Malformations in the developmental aspect of the fetus.
Low body weight upon birth.
Growth retardation and abnormalities.

Thimerosal contains mercury and this has been seen to cause deformities in the testis of men as well and also to low sperm counts, low or non- motile sperms and to poor quality semen production.(10,11)

Pass legislations and mandates to ensure that vaccination is required from birth! Certain countries and states will not allow a child to be schooled unless he has the required vaccines taken prior to entering school.
This will establish the mindset that will ensure that almost all people will agree to be vaccinated if need be and make them bend to the will of the ruling state.
The industrious use of toxic chemicals especially thimerosal in preparing the vaccines and others which can cause cancer(Polio and SV40) and other diseases.
The rampant financial opportunity opens for big pharmaceutical companies to reap obscene profits from sicknesses they invented by these injections.
The use of WHO spokespersons to encourage vaccination and brain-washing techniques to induce people.
Exporting all this to third world countries by bribing their politicians and using trade restrictions to further the agenda. A carrot and stick approach!

Further, the US no longer holds the Gold Standard or the moral high ground because of its classification of “enemy combatants” and the outrageous disregard shown to the Geneva Convention and the figure-head UN secretary-generals that are installed by these mass-murdering genocidal maniacs.
