Dr Nick Begich discusses the dangers of HAARP

Dr Nick Begich discusses HAARP and the dangers we face when such technology is allowed for military uses instead of for the benefit of mankind. Besides having extreme destructive features HAARP can also be used for mind control and dumbing-down whole groups of people.
HAARP's original inventor was the famous Serbian electrical genius Nikola Tesla (1856-1943). The man who gave New York hydroelectric power from the Niagara waterfalls. Besides inventing alternating current(AC) he also invented the radio and was bankrupted by JP Morgan the infamous bankster. When Morgan found out that Tesla was giving the world free electricity he conspired to shut him down.
Anyway, Tesla continued with his work and his many achievements are too numerous to list here.
Many claim to have been inventors, including Marconi whose claim to invention of the radio was dismissed by the US courts because too many parts of the radio were invented and patented by Tesla himself.
According to one report, Tesla designed HAARP and distributed the plans on making it to all the major powers including China, so that there would be no more wars and that nations could live side by side in peace because each knew the other had the same deterrent!

4th April 2011 -- UN Report -- HAARP can cause 'HEAVY NUCLEAR TYPE EXPLOSION'

"ALEDIA CENTENO RODRIGUEZ, Frente Patriotico Arecibeño, said her organization had spoken last year on the United States strategy to authorize a nuclear weapons production facility in Puerto Rico, in violation of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. She explained that Arecibo was home to the Arecibo National Astronomy and Ionospheric Centre (NAIC), which was used as an “ionospheric heater” [an array of antennae which are used for heating the uppermost part of the atmosphere]. Arecibo was also mentioned as a test-site for the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (HAARP), in a patent filed by an individual in the United States, to conducted experiments related to ionospheric manipulation. HAARP could function as an anti-missile and anti-aircraft defence system, permit interception and disruption of communications, weather and submarine and subterranean communications, among other things. The HAARP patent papers also stated that the invention could “simulate and perform the same function as performed by the detonation of a heavy type nuclear device”.
